Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” MATTHEW 19:14

We believe that our children need to have more than just entertainment at church. We strive to teach them in a fun way, and trust that Jesus will show them something of himself in each lesson. All the way from newborns on up, we love kids. We take great care to provide a safe and nurturing environment for each child. Each teacher and leader is carefully screened by our pastor and/or staff member. We’re committed to bringing up our children to love coming to church and learning about Jesus. We offer children’s church during the service , located in the house next door to the church building. Six grade and up are encouraged to be with their family in the church service.

FELLOWSHIP

In Restoration we believe “Children are a gift from the Lord, they are a reward from him” as it was said in the book of Psalm 127:23. We believe that children are a gift in our ministry, we get the opportunity to see how much of a blessing they are every week. We get to see their pure hearts.

Children are important to Jesus. “But Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.'” (Matthew 19:14). It’s made so evident throughout the whole bible that children are important to Jesus which means they should be important to us, too! As Christians, we know to show people Jesus’ love, but it is so important to also share that unconditional love with children. In children’s ministry, we get the opportunity to love sweet kids every week
